A leading real estate company in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties to ensure a clean and safe environment. The role involves liaising with tenants and contractors, performing routine maintenance, monitoring building systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates must possess a G Level Driver’s License, experience in property maintenance, and a strong commitment to customer service.

This position offers a rotating shift covering hours from 6am to 8pm.
