Job Title: Team Lead Manufacturing (Finishing and Packaging)

Location: Stayner, ON

Pay Range: $23.32/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

What is the job?

• Lead and motivate the Finishing & Packaging team to meet goals
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Promote safety, quality, and process improvements
• Oversee cannabis weighing and packaging
• Manage inventory and order processing using ERP software
• Maintain cleanliness and complete required documentation

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is required
• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team member
• WHMIS Training an asset
• Able to clear a criminal records check, own transportation
• Understanding of computers, Microsoft Office and Email considered an asset
