Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Practical Nurse plays a vital role in our communities, impacting residents' lives.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be an integral part of the COMMUNITY NAME team, impacting residents by:

• Providing nursing care according to policy, physician’s orders, and resident care plans within the scope of practice of an RPN/LPN
• Ensuring excellent nursing and personal care using sound practice principles
• Creating a welcoming environment through teamwork and effective communication
• Overseeing resident care, communicating with residents and families, and guiding staff
• Supervising Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members
• Managing admissions, readmissions, and ongoing assessments

Who you are:

• A Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
• Possess good judgment, risk awareness, and foster a positive work environment
