Salary starts at $53,000

Full Time Hours (Average 4-5 shifts per week)

As a key member of our retail leadership team, the Assistant Manager, Retail helps set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences - on and off the slopes. You're the kind of leader who brings purpose, positivity, and a sense of fun to every shift, inspiring your team to deliver the kind of service that keeps guests coming back season after season.

In this role, you'll keep our retail operations running smoothly each day by providing guidance and managing the product life cycle.

• Oversee and supervise retail team, including Supervisors, Store Leads and Retail Sales Associates.
• Implement and manage standard operating procedures of the department, always looking for opportunity to improve performance and efficiency.
• Understands the annual departmental operating budgets and make daily adjustments as required.
• Promotes, develops, participates and delivers programming and training that unites employees around purpose and fun and therefore results in high employee engagement.

• Advanced retail/sales knowledge is an asset.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of supervisor experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Flexibility to work which includes weekends, evenings, holidays - we're all about teamwork.
• Ability to communicate, solve problems, strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• This role is being posted to fill a vacant position.
