Ideal for someone with technical admin, technical customer service, laboratory support, or compliance-related experience , this role offers variety, responsibility, and long-term career development. The Opportunity You'll join an established PPE Certification function operating internationally , working with colleagues and clients across multiple countries. The team plays a critical role in ensuring products meet strict UK and EU regulatory standards, enabling manufacturers to legally apply CE and UKCA markings.
This is a role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are just as important as technical understanding. What You'll Be Doing Assessing PPE products against relevant standards and regulations Reviewing technical documentation and preparing draft certification paperwork Interpreting performance standards and regulatory requirements Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear guidance and progress updates Working closely with internal technical and quality teams Occasionally attending technical meetings or industry forums (UK and overseas) Who This Role Suits This role would suit someone currently working in:
Technical customer service Technical administration or compliance support Laboratory admin or test support Certification, quality, or regulated environments PPE, manufacturing, engineering, or science-based industries What We're Looking For Essential Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role Ability to understand and work with technical or regulated information Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills Confidence using Microsoft Office Able to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to travel occasionally (UK and overseas) Desirable Science-based degree or technical education
