Housing Officer £14.87 - £19.75 per hour Temporary contract, minimum 3 months Fully remote with occasional travel across the South West Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to join a large housing provider on a temporary contract Daily duties of the Housing Officer:
Manage property condition cases, hoarding, tenancy breaches, and permissions. Provide exceptional customer service, keeping customers at the heart of decisions. Work with multi-agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers. Attend site visits and represent colleagues in court when required. Ensure safeguarding processes are followed to support vulnerable customers. Essential requirements of the Housing Officer:
