Health Care Assistant - Court Road Surgery

We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to compliment our team.

Working under the direct supervision of the Practice Nurses and in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of safe and efficient patient care

We are a busy, hard working team, with a vacancy for a Health Care Assistant. Our HCA will work independently alongside our clinicians.

Health Care Assistant

Court Road Surgery is a busy and welcoming practice, with excellent patient care at the centre of what we do.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HCA, with experience of working as a HCA in general practice, to complement our Nursing Team.

Duties will include

Assisting GPs in patient procedures such as minor operations

Stock ordering and maintenance

Audits

Salary Band 3 or 4 depending on experience

Days of work Monday to Friday

Hours preferably full-time, but flexible for the right candidate.

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care

• Previous employment in healthcare setting
• Experience of working in primary care
