Join our team as a Retail Supervisor and be vital part of delivering outstanding customer experience, managing store operations, and supporting staff. You will lead by example in front‑of‑house and warehouse roles, getting practical stock and sales training and working flexible, varied shifts.

Monday‑Friday (7am‑8pm)
Saturday (7am‑6pm)
Sunday (9am‑4pm)

• Lead the store team, hosting in store, setting an example of great service.
• Ensure smooth store operation: cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.
• Support team culture, pride and teamwork, and play part in a fun working environment.

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to translate into sales.
• Inquisitive, constantly questioning and improving.
• Passion for the business, friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hard‑working.
