Hotel Manager

What if your Sanitation Standards stopped being a side note and became the main event? That's the Hotel Manager role at Content Plus Corp. The thing worth noting is how much Content Plus Corp trusts you here — $94,000 - $138,000, general ownership, and a long runway, all from 6 years in.

• Bring 8 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
• Keep the remote schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Spot where Pastry Arts breaks before it shows up in a dashboard
• Turn 7 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Execute core Hotel Manager duties with accuracy and consistency
• Keep Front of House handoffs warm so Nashville partners never feel dropped

• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking

Content Plus Corp exists for one stubborn reason: the general tools everyone settled for were never good enough, so we rebuilt them from Nashville, TN. You won't find performance theater here; we care what you shipped, not how busy you looked.

The offer includes $94,000 - $138,000, remote flexibility, retirement matching, and coaching tailored to your manager goals.

This is an open, funded role that we intend to fill in the coming weeks.

We're not after perfect, we're after ready, so if that's you,
