Training Manager

Picture your first ninety days as a Training Manager at Quantum Leap Inc: real ownership, Lesson Planning at the center, and a team in Knoxville, TN ready to back you. Reduce it to essentials and you have $79,000 - $125,000, a TN Training Manager seat, 7 years asked, and a clear climb ahead.

• Read Quantum Leap Inc's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes
• Make peace with candidly-kind ambiguity and ship anyway
• Close the loop on every Knoxville request you touch
• Meet established deadlines while upholding Quantum Leap Inc quality standards

• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• 7+ years putting Asynchronous Learning to work in a general setting
• Cross-functional ease, from Quizlet engineers to Lesson Planning marketers

Growing steadily over 7 years, Quantum Leap Inc now leads purpose-soaked innovation in the general market. We'd rather hear hard truths in the hallway than polite fictions in the all-hands.

With $79,000 - $125,000 as the anchor, expect mentorship, a benefits package worth bragging about, and the latitude to work remote-first.
