The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South is seeking a part-time Group Leader for Before & After Care in Bartlett, TN. You will implement activities, execute daily lesson plans, and supervise 15–20 children under the guidance of the Site Director.
You'll work a flexible split-shift schedule before and after school, with early morning and after‑school hours. The role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and completion of mandatory trainings and background checks in a mission-driven environment.
