As a HR Advisor with Wren, you'll take full ownership of all HR related matters within your business area while providing professional, pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice and guidance to line managers. Based at our Head Office, with occasional site visits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied ER caseload, including complex discipline, grievance, capability, and change processes
  • Own ill-health capability, long-term absence, and occupational health referrals
  • Act as first contact for line managers, resolving HR issues and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Build strong relationships across all levels and attend key management meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
  • Identify training needs and deliver targeted HR training to line managers
  • Produce monthly HR metrics reports and highlight trends
  • Maintain up-to-date employment law and HR best practice knowledge
  • Support coaching and development of HR Assistants
About You
  • Currently holds a level-5 CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Previous HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work on own initiative and to integrate effectively within a diverse team
  • A pragmatic decision‑maker
  • Willingness to travel and work from other sites
