About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding team based at our site in Barton‑upon‑Humber. The candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 06:00‑14:30.
Salary
£34,750 + Quarterly Bonus up to £750.
Main Responsibilities
- Organise workflow and monitor employee productivity to ensure goods are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the required standard.
- Set and clearly communicate goals and deadlines for performance in line with the company’s plans and vision, monitoring daily progress to ensure targets are met at all times.
- Monitor timekeeping and absences, escalating to management where required.
- Ensure that delegation is carried out with due care and attention to avoid undue pressure on employees working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to to support dispatch time windows.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must read, understand and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Skills & Knowledge
- Good IT skills – strong experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and compliance
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices, implementation of new tools, and continuous improvement of existing processes
