A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Baysgarth Leisure Centre and we are looking for a Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard) to join our team. The Leisure Attendant role involves undertaking the typical duties of a lifeguard, working poolside. You will also support with the setting up of various sport and leisure operations that take place in our building - badminton, trampoline, table tennis as a few examples and help to keep the facility clean, safe and welcoming.
Whatwe are looking for in a successful candidate
- holds a current, recognised pool lifesaving qualification (NPLQ)
- is motivated, punctual and a good communicator
- is able to follow health and safety and pool safe operating procedures
- can set up and dismantle equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- can work a shift pattern that involves working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Competitive salary £12.85 to £13.26 per hour
