• Customer Service Representative:
  Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Content Moderator:
  Monitor and review user‑generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

• French (B2–C1 level, or native for some projects) and intermediate English (B1–B2 level)
• Problem‑solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory
• EU citizenship or a valid working visa
• Willingness to relocate
