At RGAD, we design and build creative and pragmatic architectural projects.

We work at the intersection of architecture, real estate development, and client experience, shaping high-end residential projects across Switzerland with clarity, ambition, and care.

We are now looking for architect(s) who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to think, design, and build with purpose.

• Work on high-quality residential projects from concept to execution
• Develop strong architectural ideas and translate them into precise drawings, mock ups and built projects
• Participate actively in design discussions, project development, and problem-solving
• Collaborate closely with the architect, consultants, builders, neighbours, local authorities and end-clients
• Engage with real constraints: budgets, regulations, details, and construction realities
• Creative construction management:
  Ensuring architectural quality during the construction phase

This is not a production-only role. You will be part of the thinking, not just the output.

• Trained architect (ETH / FH or equivalent)
• Curious, pragmatic, design, technology and design-driven
• A positive individual, reliable, honest, fun to be around and have a growth‑mindset.
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable moving between concept, detail, planning and execution
• Interested in how architecture meets development, economics, and real life project execution
• English and German required;
  French a plus
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Archi
  
  CAD, REVIT, RHINO or others
• Proficiency in real time rendering software such as D5, Enscape or others
• Proficiency in photo, video editing and publishing software such as Adobe, Capcut or others
