Senior Lead Engineer​/SME Fill & Finish

As a Senior Lead Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fill & Finish, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions and guiding projects from concept to final design or redesign. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring excellence in design, process and execution.

• Develop and implement tailored layouts and technical solutions in the Fill & Finish domain, aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Provide consulting, design input, and critical review of projects at the process level to ensure optimal performance and compliance
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards, procedures, and best practices throughout the design and engineering phases
• Actively contribute to major technical decisions across the project lifecycle, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment
• Conduct workshops, design reviews and support the implementation of necessary adjustments and improvements
• Share knowledge and expertise across teams, fostering continuous learning and innovation
• Drive the development and application of new methods, tools, and solutions while enhancing existing approaches
• Represent Exyte in customer meetings and presentations, showcasing our technical excellence and industry experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting and engineering, ideally within GMP-regulated environments
• Deep theoretical and practical expertise in Fill & Finish technologies and processes
• Fluent in English and preferred also German and French
• Strong customer focus, passion for innovation, team player and results-driven mindset
