As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.
You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.
We are looking for an engineer who will be in charge of the optimization of production processes for the Medtech industry:
- Provide technical expertise during the tech transfer of the production process.
- Complete implementation of the production line: writing of URS, choice of suppliers and coordination of external partners.
- Qualify the equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ) and write the associated documentation.
- Organize user training.
- Perform risk analysis, identify problems and propose technical solutions.
- Implement lean management strategies
- Support the teams up to the start-up and production phases and routine implementation.
- Engineering degree or Master in mechanical engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Medtech field, within the manufacturing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- EU or Swiss citizenship
