Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing – German Speaking

As a consultant, you will support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by applying your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.

• Design & Execution: Lead Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Basic, and Detailed Design for complex cGMP process systems (e.g., bioreactors, UF/DF, CIP) and utility skids.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain compliant PFDs, P&IDs, and User Requirement Specifications (URS), ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
• Engineering Analysis: Execute rigorous mass and energy balances and process simulations (e.g., Aspen Tech) for precise equipment sizing and specification.
• Project & Quality: Manage vendor qualification, FAT/SAT, and procurement for bespoke equipment.

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharma/Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in a validated cGMP pharmaceutical or bioprocessing environment.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of aseptic processing, fluid dynamics, and equipment sizing.
• Languages: Fluent English, with fluent German mandatory.
