** Brand Manager – Launch Excellence**, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping access to healthcare globally. Based at our EPD headquarters in Basel, you’ll focus on biosimilars in emerging markets—a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives worldwide.

This position offers the chance to lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with global Brand Leads to ensure successful launches across more than 30 markets in 2026 and 2027.
** What You’ll Do**
* ** Lead with purpose:
** Champion launch excellence and execution across regions and countries.
* ** Collaborate globally:
** Set up and coordinate launch readiness meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
* ** Track success:
** Monitor launch readiness and provide updates to senior leadership.
* ** Drive innovation:
** Take on marketing projects that support specialty care and biosimilars, bringing fresh ideas to life.
** What We’re Looking For
*** University degree in Science or Business; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, ideally with exposure to global projects.
* Proven success in managing launches at regional or global level.
* Experience in emerging markets (Lat Am, Asia, Middle East & Africa) is a strong advantage.
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic are a plus.
