Are you passionate about driving evidence‑based strategies that improve patient outcomes? At Abbott’s Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD), we are looking for a Senior Manager in Health Economics & Outcomes Research to shape global initiatives that make a real impact.

Reporting to the Director, Global HEOR, you will lead strategic and hands‑on initiatives across emerging markets (Latin America, Middle East, Asia‑Pacific, China, Russia, India, and Africa). Your work will directly influence patient access and affordability, ensuring innovative treatments reach those who need them most.

• Oversee HEOR projects with external partners, ensuring scientific rigor and timely delivery.
• Co‑create country‑level HEOR plans and mentor local professionals to build capabilities.
• Adapt economic models and guide Real‑World Evidence (RWE) studies to meet diverse market needs.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling value stories for HTA submissions and payer negotiations.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to strengthen global access strategies.
• Lead publication planning and represent HEOR at international congresses.
