We are partnering with a global leader in pharmaceutical research and development focused on innovative medicines that improve patient health worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Business Process Designer to join our client's Business & Technology Integration team.

✅ Analyze, develop, and optimize business workflows

✅ Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements

✅ Collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases

✅ Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive stakeholder engagement

✅ Develop comprehensive documentation to support process design

✅ Use data analysis to identify trends and inform decisions

✅ Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency

✅ Continuously collect user feedback for iterative improvements

• ️ Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
• ️ Advanced knowledge in Business Process Design
• ️ Expert-level skills in Process Design Mapping and Analysis
• ️ Primary skill : SAP S / 4
  
  HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)
• ️ Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
