• Development, operation and continuous further development of the data analysis platform for Bell International based on the Microsoft Data Platform
• Design and implementation of a consolidated enterprise data warehouse architecture (including Datalake, DWH, Semantic Layer)
• Modelling of data with dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Analysing complex technical issues and translating them into scalable data models
• Development and operation of SQL Server Analysis Services (Tabular / Multidimensional) and Power BI datasets
• Creation and further development of Power BI reports, dashboards and Excel integrations (e.g. Anaplan XL add-ins)
• Development of self-service BI solutions for international departments
• Ensuring data quality, performance, security and governance
• Collaboration with specialist departments to optimise data usage and decision-making
• Training and enablement of users (basic users to BI experts)
• Collaboration in agile working methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)

• Sound experience in the business intelligence and data engineering environment, ideally in an international industrial organisation
• Several years of experience with the Microsoft BI/Data Platform, in particular with SQL Server, SSIS, SAAS, Power BI and Azure Data Platform such as Azure Synapse Analytics and Datalake
• Very good knowledge of SQL and DAX
• Experience in building and operating semantic models and enterprise data architectures
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows - from the source to the business report
• Structured, solution-orientated and independent way of working
• Enjoy working with specialist departments and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
• Willingness to travel to some of Bell International's international locations
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
• Curiosity and interest in new technologies, data architectures and best practices
