We are looking for a driven individual with extensive contracts and experience in the Life Science industry to provide visionary leadership and operational excellence to drive MIGx’s and RCH’s growth, profitability, and innovation. This role requires a strategic leader who can scale a technology‑driven business, strengthen client relationships in Life Sciences, and align with Athagoras Group’s long‑term objectives, including value creation and exit readiness.

• Define and execute MIGx’s and RCH’s growth strategy in alignment with Athagoras Group objectives.
• Drive innovation in IT services for Life Sciences, focusing on data, AI, and compliance solutions

• Represent MIGx and RCH externally as a thought leader in technology and Life Sciences.

• Oversee all business operations, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions.
• Implement KPIs and governance frameworks to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a high‑performance culture across global teams (Basel HQ and international offices).

• Own P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Optimize cost structures while investing in growth initiatives.

• Expand MIGx’s footprint in pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors globally.
• Build strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance service offerings globally.

• Attract, develop, and retain top talent in technology and consulting.
• Promote diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with Athagoras leadership on shared services, M&A opportunities, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Prepare MIGx and RCH for future exit scenarios through sustainable margin improvements and scalability.

• Proven track record as a managing director / CEO or senior executive in IT services, consulting, and Life Sciences technology with a global footprint

• Strong understanding of data strategy, AI, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance
  .
• Experience in scaling businesses and driving digital transformation globally.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English;
  German is a strong plus.
