We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation operations within our cannabis production facility. The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment conducive to high‑quality production.

• Manage sanitation staff and oversee all cleaning and sanitation activities within the production facility
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities and communicate regularly with management regarding sanitation performance and issues
• Supervise a team of 8 people in sanitation and maintenance

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising sanitation teams in a production environment, preferably in agriculture
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Fluency in English

• On‑site role in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
• 45 hour working week, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, including breaks
