Als Filialleiter bist Du kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Mit Deinem Team stellst Du die bedarfsgerechte Beratung unserer Kunden sicher und hilfst mit Deinem Wissen, für jeden Kunden das passende Produkt aus unserem Sortiment zu finden. Mit Deiner Abschlussstärke sorgst Du dafür, dass der Kunde seine gesetzten Ziele mit unseren Produkten erreicht.
- Individuelle und sachkundige Kundenberatung vor Ort und am Telefon
- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Vertriebsziele vor Ort
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Filialablaufes
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen fachlichen Fragen für Deine Mitarbeiter
- Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter Deiner Filiale
- Abwicklung des operativen Geschäfts, Kundenberatung und Produktverkauf
- Verantwortung für Umsatzziele der Filiale
