As a Security Guard at Jet Aviation, you will ensure the safety and protection of people, assets, and facilities while representing the company professionally. You will interact with employees, visitors, and customers, applying Jet Aviation’s values and vision. This role requires a proactive, autonomous individual capable of identifying improvements, managing small projects, and delivering clear reports and presentations.

• Protect employees, company property, and all items of value from potential harm or danger.
• Conduct investigations to safeguard organizational assets.
• Respond to contingency events, including sabotage and severe weather, with the onsite security force.
• Maintain building and premises security through regular patrols and security checks of interior and exterior areas.
• Control access and egress, monitor for suspicious persons, packages, or activities.
• Utilize access control, CCTV, and alarm systems effectively.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations (first aid, firefighting, etc.) and document daily activities and incident reports.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and fairly.
• Assist crew members with arrangements for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and other vendor services outside usual working hours.
• Work independently with initiative, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
• Utilize IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to prepare professional reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing operational enhancements.
• Take ownership of personal or small-scale projects, ensuring proper follow-up, tracking, and reporting of outcomes.

• 1–3 years’ security experience; airport security experience is a plus.
• Valid Security (CQP APS), Fire Fighting (SSIAP
  1), and First Aid certificates.
• Clean criminal record and valid driving license.
• Strong IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and customer focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all stakeholders professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage small projects and improvements.

• Languages proficiency: minimum C1 level in English and French (written and spoken). German is a plus.
