Eine öffentliche Behörde mit Sitz in Basel-Stadt sucht eine Gruppenleitung für ein Team von Sozialarbeitern. Die Position erfordert Führungskompetenzen, umfassende Kenntnisse im Jugendstrafrecht und die Fähigkeit, in herausfordernden Situationen empathisch und durchsetzungsstark zu handeln. Ein Bachelor in sozialer Arbeit sowie idealerweise zusätzliche Qualifikationen wie CAS in Kriminologie sind erforderlich. Die Arbeit umfasst die Erstellung von Dossiers, Gespräche mit Betroffenen und die Leitung des Teams.
