• Design and implement robust integration patterns to interconnect diverse laboratory services and digital systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex scientific requirements into automated, reliable digital workflows.
• Develop automated assays and digital workflows, focusing on service reliability, error handling, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to optimize the automated ecosystem, leveraging APIs to orchestrate workflows between established systems.
• Explore and apply cutting‑edge technologies to continuously improve our data and lab management strategies.

• Master’s degree (or higher) in computer science, life science, or a related field.
• Deep experience in Python and version‑control systems (Git).
• Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems, particularly API‑based integration.
• Experience in lab automation, robotics, and integrating automated systems into a cohesive workflow; experience with Venus is a plus.
• Experience in automating assay data workflows in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Quick learner who embraces new challenges and sees them as opportunities for innovation.
• Team player who thrives in a multicultural environment, with fluent spoken and written English.
