✈️ Now Hiring: AOG Technician – Basel, Switzerland 🇨🇭

Are you a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer who thrives in high-pressure environments and is passionate about getting aircraft back in the sky quickly and safely?

We're looking for a skilled AOG Technician to join a 24/7 global response team based in Basel (BS), Switzerland. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role involving extensive travel, rapid troubleshooting, and real‑time problem solving.

📅 Shift Pattern: 8 days on / 6 days off

• Perform on‑site aircraft repair, maintenance, and component replacements
• Respond to AOG situations globally with urgency and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with all aviation safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, duty managers, and clients worldwide
• Document all work accurately and deliver clear technical reports
• Lead mission planning including logistics, tooling, and coordination
• Mentor and guide technicians during off‑base maintenance projects

• Valid B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license (or both)
• Type ratings on multiple aircraft (Gulfstream is a plus)
• Strong MRO, OEM, and compliance knowledge
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems
• Excellent English (B2 or higher); additional languages a plus
• Flexible, calm under pressure, and solutions‑oriented
• Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills
• A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
