About the RoleAs a Key Account Executive you will build and grow long‑term relationships, understand customers’ needs, and drive sales growth for our Key Account Management team. The role blends customer partnership with sales strategy and supports a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities- Develop existing Key Account customer relationships to increase revenue, average order value and order frequency while maintaining gross‑profit margins.
- Manage your own designated Key Accounts to ensure consistent, exceptional service, documenting discussions in Hub Spot.
- Track account performance, ensure targets are met or exceeded, and report progress.
- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies and outreach plans for target accounts.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to the wider business, informing product onboarding and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for swift issue resolution and seamless service.
- Share insights with Marketing and Category Management to develop value propositions and new features.
- Achieve KPI targets for customer contacts and response times.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
- Experience managing key accounts and building long‑term relationships.
- Clear, concise communicator, engaging effectively at all levels.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with a results‑driven approach.
- High emotional intelligence, building rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient at addressing objections and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Thrives in dynamic, high‑pressure environments while supporting team success.
- Strategic account manager capable of aligning strategies with business objectives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals.
