• Develop and deliver the fundamental layout of vehicles, including dimensions, mass balance, and occupant accommodation.
• Ensure geometrical compatibility and mechanical arrangement in vehicle designs.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, continuing involvement up to Job#1 and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex, multi-dimensional challenges.
• Present solutions and progress updates effectively to senior management.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of vehicle programmes.

• Experience of delivering vehicle programs.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants / configurations would be highly desirable.
• Proven project and people management skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Problem‑solving expertise, with the ability to resolve intricate challenges with clarity.
• Knowledge of PLM, CAE and CAD tools and CATIA experience is desirable.
• A degree in an engineering discipline and a passion for the automotive industry.
