Mechanical Estimator

Position: Mechanical Estimator (Permanent)
Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Estimator
£50,000-£80,000 (Depending on Experience) | Basildon
An established building services contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their team based in Basildon. The role will involve working on a range of commercial fit out and infrastructure projects, with individual project values up to £30 million.
This position would suit an Estimator with solid technical ability and on-site awareness who is looking to develop within a growing and professional environment.
Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical estimating
Previous on-site experience is essential
Strong understanding of mechanical building services and commercial projects
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Flexible approach, with the ability to meet tender deadlines during busy periods Salary & Package

£50,000-£80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Travel expenses paid and fuel card
5% pension contribution
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Based from Basildon office

Working hours:

8:00am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Occasional extended hours may be required to meet tender deadlines
