Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and support for group reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Compliance with statutory requirements and audit support
• Continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls
• Delivery of financial analysis and insight to inform business decisions
• Collaboration with operational teams to enhance performance and profitability
• Oversight of balance sheet reconciliations and transactional accuracy
• Year-end reporting and liaison with external auditors
• Contribution to private equity reporting requirements and investor updates

Candidate Profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally from a top-tier practice
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
