The Opportunity Reporting directly to the MD you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day finance function and play a key role in driving performance and profitability across the site.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and engagement. Produce and present monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Partner with operational teams to improve margins, cost control and productivity. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements. Support investment appraisals, capital projects, and strategic decision-making.

About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid post-qualified experience. Proven background within manufacturing or a similar complex, product-driven environment. Strong analytical and commercial acumen – able to turn numbers into meaningful insight. Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally with operations and leadership. Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
