360 Industrial & Driving (Permanent Division)

Location :
Basildon, 5 days in the office preferred, potential to offer hybrid working after probation.

Salary :
Up to £45,000 DOE + Commission (7.5%–25% with no threshold )

We’re representing a long-standing, successful recruitment business with an established track record in the Industrial & Driving sector. Their temporary division is thriving, generating around £18,000 GP per week , backed by an exceptionally loyal client base.

Now, they’re looking to expand their permanent offering and that’s where you come in.

This is a rare chance to step into a warm environment with existing relationships ready to be leveraged. You’ll have the freedom to shape, grow, and truly own the perm desk, with full support from a small and friendly in-house team who love what they do.

If you’re an experienced 360 recruiter with industry knowledge and a passion for business development, this is an outstanding opportunity to build something exciting within a stable, reputable brand.

• Driving and developing the permanent recruitment division within Industrial & Driving
• Cross‑selling perm solutions to an extensive and well‑established temp client base
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from BD to placement
• Building lasting client relationships and delivering a genuinely consultative service
• Working collaboratively with a lively, supportive team in a modern office environment

• Proven 360 recruitment experience within Industrial, Driving, Logistics, or a similar fast‑paced sector
• A genuine love for business development, client meetings, and growing accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new revenue streams
• A confident, people‑focused approach and the ability to thrive in a busy, energetic office
• Drive, ambition, and a passion for delivering results

• Basic salary up to £45,000 , depending on experience
• No commission threshold - earn from your very first placement
• Commission from 7.5% up to 25% on billings over £20,000
• Brand new, modern offices based in Basildon
• Onsite parking
