As a D365 Technical Manager
, you will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, Microsoft, and our outsourced managed service partner to ensure our D365 system aligns with business requirements and supports growth.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and the outsourced managed service provider to meet current and future D365 system requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the activities of the outsourced managed service for D365 F&O, SCM, and/or CE, setting standards and guardrails for support, maintenance, and development.
  • Provide support, guidance, and expertise to the managed service provider and deliver 2nd/3rd line support.
  • Ensure incidents, problems, and alerts are acted upon within OLA and SLA, managing major incident escalations from a technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and 3rd‑party developers on new feature development and rollout.
Who you are
  • Overseeing support & maintenance for Dynamics 365.
  • Managing D365 platform and custom code releases.
  • Monitoring integration and D365 platform health, and executing remediations.
  • Performing system administration tasks for D365.
  • Responsible for changes to production configuration and overseeing Agile development work.
