We provide comprehensive compliance solutions for building managers in all aspects of air and water hygiene and kitchen extract fire safety, and we are looking for a Duct Cleaning Operative to join our growing business.

Swiftclean provides specialised Air and Water Hygiene and Kitchen Extract Fire Safety services nationwide. Our services ensure full compliance with laws and standards such as the Fire Safety Order 2005, Health & Safety regulations, and guidelines like Legionella Control L8, TR/19, and BSEN 15780. We offer expertise in legionella risk assessments, water system maintenance, ductwork cleaning, fire damper testing, and kitchen grease extractor cleaning.

We cater to a wide range of clients, including those in social housing and other sectors, ensuring the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Basildon Compliance Operative  role involves ensuring regulatory compliance across a range of hygiene and safety services, including air and water systems and fire safety.

Responsibilities:

The role of the Duct Cleaning Operative will involve ensuring that all environmental hygiene cleaning contracts assigned are completed on time, to the required standard and specification, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Main areas of work include:

• General Ventilation Cleaning
• Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning

We are looking for someone with previous experience, but we will provide training for the right candidate. You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including day, evening and night work, and able to work occasional weekends in line with work requirements. A full driving licence is also required.
