Domestic Assistant

The Domestic Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

• Clean and sanitise patient areas, communal spaces, and restrooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with proper disposal of waste, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure smooth facility operation.
• Perform cleaning duties according to the area risk rating, frequencies, National specification for Cleanliness (NSC), and Terminal Clean Policy.
• Carry out standard cleaning tasks (daily, weekly, periodic) and respond to cleaning incidents/emergencies as required.
• Change curtains and conduct deep clean processes as per the curtain programme and deep clean requirements.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Effective communication skills.
