Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + commission

Our client, a growing B2B company, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join their team in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, business-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for businesses

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a B2B sales role

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* Target-driven and proactive with a solution-focused mindset

* Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
