Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ a Telesales Operative for our Parts Plus Centre in Basildon, to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers while achieving allocated sales targets. This full‑time permanent role runs Monday–Friday with one Saturday AM, offers a basic salary of £32,050 and an OTE of £35,050, and reports to the Centre Manager.

As a Telesales Operative you will be responsible for and not limited to:

• Processing the required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPIs
• Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements
• Ensuring the proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts
• Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
• Ensuring all Parts Plus policies and procedures are followed
