Telesales Executive

Position: Telesales Executive (Permanent)
Telesales Executive - Basildon - Full Time - £25,000 basic + commission + bonus

This is a high energy, phone-first sales role where you own the full journey. You’ll be making outbound calls, turning cold leads into wins, and building your own pipeline from day one. You’ll be backed by a structured 90 day training programme and hands on support from the Department Head, so you’re set up to succeed fast.
This role suits people who are competitive, confident, and thrive in fast paced environments. If you’ve worked in telesales, recruitment, trading, or any role where results matter, you’ll fit right in.
Duties:

* Hitting the phones daily and keeping activity high

* Owning the sale from first call through to close

* Building and managing your own pipeline

* Handling objections and negotiating like a pro

* Turning effort into commission
What we are looking for:

* High volume outbound sales experience

* Confident, resilient, and money motivated mindset

* Sharp, professional phone presence

* Comfortable hearing “no” while chasing the “yes”
