Import Co-ordinator
Basildon, Essex | £28,000 – £30,000 | Permanent, Full-Time
Noble Recruiting are hiring an Import Co-ordinator to join our client in Basildon. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent stability, a supportive team, and progression opportunities.
The Role
- Enter shipment data and cargo details into the internal system
- Work with customer service on special requirements and quotations
- Communicate with customers regarding delays and queries
- Handle rating, invoicing, and ensure file data accuracy
- Liaise with transport and warehouse teams to arrange deliveries and container movements
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in Shipping & Freight Forwarding
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Good Excel knowledge; organised and able to multitask
- Experience with imports from China/Far East is an advantage
- UK resident with right to work (visa sponsorship not available)
- Driver with own transport desirable
