** What You Will Get To Do:**##
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET##
· Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver solutions##
· Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices##
· Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies##
· Manage technical risks and ensure timely delivery of projects
* Provide support for production environments with on-call support including weekends
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
** What You Will Bring:
*** 8+ years of experience
* Hands on experience with microservices
* Experience with transformation from monolithic to microservices
* Experience working with geographically distributed teams
* Application profiling, debugging, and performance tuning
* Technical skills  + Must Have: C#, .Net 6 or later, REST, Graph

QL, Docker, Rabbit Mq, Postgres, Open Telemetry  + Good To have:
Mass Transit, Marten

DB, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Frontend development
