Arrive, a global mobility platform, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead revenue operations for our global Rev Ops team.

This high‑impact role partners with sales leaders to drive enablement, run business reviews, coach managers using data‑driven insights, streamline and automate core sales and GTM processes, prioritize actions, manage performance strategy, and design compensation plans.

• Enablement & Operating Rhythm:
  Partner with sales leaders to provide winning strategies, run business reviews, and coach sales managers using data‑driven performance insights.
• Process Optimization:
  Streamline and automate sales processes to eliminate inefficiencies and contribute to team‑wide improvements.
• Forecasting & Planning:
  Own forecasting cadence and data quality; define segmentation, quotas, capacity, and scenarios.
• Funnel & Growth Optimization:
  Streamline and automate GTM processes and analyze conversion and channel mix to prioritize actions that maximize ROI.
• Compensation & Incentive Design:
  Own or collaborate on sales compensation plans, quota attainment modeling, SPIFFs, and payout accuracy.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years in Revenue Ops / Sales Ops, Business Strategy, or Business Analytics with cross‑functional impact; B2B background a plus.
• Tooling & Data: CRM and BI fluency, advanced Excel, familiarity with SQL.
• Planning:
  Forecasting, segmentation, quota design, capacity and scenario planning.
• Compensation:
  Familiarity with incentive design, accelerators/SPIFFs, and payout accuracy.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partners effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Communication:
  Turns analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
