Commercial Business Partner – Property Services
We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to support trades managers in shaping £200m of Property Services activity. This position blends commercial business partnering with data stewardship, requiring both strong financial acumen and a disciplined approach to data governance. It offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving transformation through improved efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with Locality Managers to improve operational efficiency and support effective budget management.
- Act as the commercial representative for the locality, working collaboratively to develop strategies and objectives that enhance both financial and operational performance across all work streams.
- Support the Senior Commercial Business Partner in delivering robust financial management, including timely and accurate reporting for Property Services.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, ensuring reliable reporting and insight.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that contribute to wider organisational transformation and support high-quality service delivery to customers.
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Strong understanding of risk management, financial planning, and financial modelling.
- Experience with in the social housing or property maintenance sectors.
- Proven ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against budgets, ensuring value for money and mitigating financial risks.
- Skilled in analysing business information and developing metrics that drive performance improvement.
- Experience contributing to corporate plans and strategies at a local level.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities.
