Position: Service Renewals Executive

In support of our rapid and continued UK growth, we are currently seeking a Service Renewals Executive to join our Service Business Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our processes, ensuring seamless contract renewals, and supporting our sales teams, with a company that values its people and offers opportunities for development.

Your role as Service Renewals Executive

Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth and accurate renewal of service contracts, working closely with our Sales team and collaborating with vendors. You will play a vital role in reviewing service agreements, aligning data, and leveraging analytics to improve processes and maintain operational excellence. To succeed in this role, you should be analytical, detail-focused, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and supporting your colleagues.

The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach. This role would suit an experienced Service Renewals Executive with strong analytical abilities and a proven track record in managing customer contracts and renewals.

Responsibilities
  • Playing a key role in the renewals process, ensuring support contracts are renewed in a timely manner.
  • Producing regular reports for Sales teams on expired and upcoming renewals, tracking metrics and identifying opportunities.
  • Supporting account managers with strategic renewals for key accounts, including combining and co-terming contracts.
  • Communicating essential information to vendors to ensure partner support aligns with agreed contracts.
  • Validating the accuracy of service agreement data, including serial numbers, hardware locations, and SLAs.
  • Performing health checks on service agreements, reviewing purchase orders, and suggesting amendments to improve processes.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of service decline forms and reporting any quality assurance issues to management.
  • Collaborating with Business Operations and Service Delivery Managers to ensure accurate audits and database accuracy.

Additional requirements include
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working within cyber security or with cyber vendors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Experience in data mapping, validation, and audits.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Degree or equivalent preferred.

    This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional home‑working by agreement (free hot & cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches, and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office!)
  • Hours
    :
    Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:30pm
