Location: Hybrid across either Basingstoke or London office

As part of our Beyond Digital Team, we're seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operations, product development, and client delivery.

The Role:

As a Client Operations Manager
, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and external clients. You’ll provide direct support across product development and delivery while managing operational workflows. This is a hands‑on role that requires an understanding of digital tools and platforms. You will also be a key point of contact for the wider operations team and external clients, ensuring all products and services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage multiple small to medium‑sized client accounts.
  • Become proficient in our internal platforms and digital tools to provide operational support.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling external communications related to operational workflow.
  • Collaborate with Senior Delivery Managers and Leads to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify, report, and troubleshoot product bugs, providing clear and accurate solutions.
  • Write detailed and precise feature briefs for product development.
  • Manage and deliver small‑sized product features.
  • Perform quality assurance (Q/A) on product tickets to ensure quality control.

    Escalate high‑priority issues and suggest practical solutions to clients.
  • Take ownership of tasks across the operations spectrum and ensure effective communication of progress.

  • Ability to adapt to tasks and challenges, regardless of the level of expertise required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
