We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with brickwork packages and a strong understanding of subcontractor management. While prior sole masonry experience is not essential, familiarity with brickwork projects is highly desirable. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires someone accessible to our Basingstoke office.

• Prepare and manage brickwork packages, including cost estimates and budgets.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and payments.
• Assist in tendering processes for new projects.
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to maintain financial control.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contracts, and relevant regulations.

• Quantity Surveying experience within construction, ideally including brickwork or heritage projects.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor and cost management.
• Proficiency in measurement, estimating, and cost reporting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
