Service Advisor

Salary: £35k - 40k per year + Benefits per annum

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upselling, and administration skills. Experience with RTC, One Link, and Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and upselling
